The place was fairly clean with an extremely hospitable and thoughtful staff upon check-out. The hotel was set 100 metres from the bus stop.

I liked the room with a view of mt rainier. This accommodation had a central setting on quiet area. Moreover, it was near to other great areas and the water front and casino and Tacoma for a couple days.

Fairly clean and simply stunning hotel with absolutely courteous staff and amazing food. Absolutely perfect location of the venue, right by museums, nightlife and theatres as well as multiple restaurants. Also, easy to get to Tacoma Narrows Bridge. Lobby bar in the hotel.

Loved our rooms with complimentary breakfast. The hotel was in a great and fantastic position just next door to much of downtown's cultural centers and common areas and serve meals in the usual pre-pandemic way.

Honestly no complaints. Upscale hotel with helpful staff upon check-out and luxurious and upscale rooms. The rooms with wonderful view, comfortable bed, champagne. Lots of goodies for breakfast.

Liked this upscale hotel, easy to find, with incredible staff upon check-out. The deluxe king room I was given was complete with champagne, wide choice of pillows and wonderful view. The location was handy and favourable, near to Tacoma, the Tacoma Art Museum.
